OUR AGENCY'S  PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT THE COORDINATION OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND RESOURCES IN FAYETTE COUNTY TO ENSURE THE PUBLIC SAFETY OF EVERYONE IN THE COUNTY, 24 HOURS A DAY EVERY DAY.  THIS INCLUDES A COORDINATED EFFORT OF PREPAREDNESS, RESPONSE, AND RECOVERY ACTIVITIES TO MEET THE THREATS POSED BY ALL NATURAL AND MAN-MADE HAZARDS WITHIN FAYETTE COUNTY. A MAJOR ELEMENT OF PREPAREDNESS IS PUBLIC EDUCATION and outreach through training and programs at no cost to the groups. participants that are welcome to request training include but are not limited to: 

 SCHOOLS
CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS
RELIGIOUS GROUPS
SCOUT TROOPS
PRIVATE AND PUBLIC GROUPS

VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATIONS
